Lima, March 12, 2025.- The Slope Stability 2026 international congress, one of the most important meetings in the world in geotechnics applied to mining, has reached 87% of its reserved exhibition capacity, so enters its final stage of registration, informed the Organizing Committee.
The event, which will be held for the first time in Lima, will bring together specialists, supplier companies, consultants and engineering firms from countries with strong mining development such as Canada, Australia, South Africa, the United States and various nations in Europe.
Geotechnical and engineering consultants, companies that provide technology and specialized services for mining, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring firms, software companies and geological-geotechnical modeling, as well as suppliers of equipment, sensors and data analysis solutions for the control and management of slope stability.

The congress will be held at the Lima Convention Center (LCC), in the district of San Borja, one of the most modern venues in the country for international events.

Slope Stability 2026 is one of the most important international congresses dedicated to slope stability in mining. The event is organized by the Large Open Pit Project (LOP) and has the support of the Peruvian Geoengineering Society in Peru.
